Sparkey is a spunky little sports car who can't wait to grow up - but first, he had better learn the rules of the road. Sparky snubs car washes, curfews, and speed limits. Worse, he listens to Diesel, an unlicensed jalopy with junkyard values. Poor Dad is being driven to distraction.
