Welcome to the new global order. Welcome to an Earth where nationalism has collapsed and the entire planet is under the control of a one-world government called O.N.E. 'One Nation Earth'.
At the head of the government is the sinister Franco Macalousso, who is acclaimed by the masses as the 'New Messiah'. Except that is for a small dissident group, 'The Believers', who are aware of Franco's evil intentions.
