Meet supernatural sleuth and writer Kantaro Ichinomiya. Episode 1
On his way to a temple in the Japanese countryside, Kantaro discovers the resting place of the Demon-Eating Goblin. Can Kantaro save a young noble woman trapped in the cold grip of the Icicle Woman?
Episode 2
Kantar and Haruka travel to Yoshiwara, to investigate old happenings. Kantaro befriends Kosome, a courtesan haunted by a dark secret.
Episode 3
Kantaro's band of supernatural adventurers springs into action when they discover the children of a mountain village are disappearing. Will Kantaro and Haruka be able to defeat the God of the Mountain?
Episode 4
In the woods of Japan, a mysterious photographer traps the souls of young women in the pictures he takes of them. Kantaro's search of the photographer becomes desperate when Reiko's soul is trapped in a portrait.
Episode 5
Haruka returns home to visit an old friend, Yumeyako, whose client, the famous dollmaker Shinzaburo, secretly wishes to transfer Yumeyako's essence to one of his dolls.
