Loathed by his colleagues, Tommy is saddled with the job of training Pete (Michael Begley) who is denied sex by his stripper girlfriend until he makes his first sale. Days before the prestigious "Golden Vac" sales award is to be given out, Tommy teaches Pete every sleazy, immoral sales trick in the book, oblivious to the fact that as he does, he is sowing the seeds of his own destruction!
