A young man from China named Zee Oui leaves his native land for Thailand in hopes of finding a better life. But wherever he goes, all he finds is persecution and a general lack of acceptance. Already on shaky mental ground, Zee Oui also suffers physically with severe tuberculosis. It is his illness that eventually sends him over the edge. Zee Oui believes that in order to relieve his pain and give him strength, he must kill children and eat their hearts. Man Eater is a disturbing portrait of one man's downward spiral and the mad world that created him.
